Ben Swift

Professional Cyclist Ineos Grenadiers & Great Britain

I worked with Dan for a number of years at Sky. During this period I had my fair share of crashes and major injuries and I could always rely on Dan to give me his undivided attention and be confident that I was in great hands. I knew I would be put back on the bike in the best condition as soon as possible.

Even after I left Sky Dan was still my first point on contact and he still made himself available to sort out any problems I had.

Geraint Thomas

M.B.E, Winner 2018 Tour de France, Professional Cyclist Ineos Grenadiers

I’ve known and worked with Dan for a number of years. The most time I spent with Dan was during the Tour De France in 2013 when I fractured my pelvis on the first stage. I was seeing him before and after every stage for all kinds of treatments. Without his treatments and general morale, I’m sure I couldn’t have completed the race.

Ian Boswell

(USA) professional cyclist Katusha

As a professional cyclist, I have dealt with my fair share of injury due to crashes, imbalances and overuse. Thanks to Dan, I was always back on my bike and moving forward as quickly as possible. Not only has Dan helped me to recover from injury, he has also shared his knowledge and experience of muscular balance to make sure I address issues before they even arise. Dan takes a very holistic approach to his work and sees the body as a whole and how there are always multiple moving parts to any injury or recovery process.

I have spent countless hours working with Dan on everything from tendonitis to strength, to nerve threading and acupuncture. He has helped me get through several Grand Tours and achieve my best results as an athlete. As endurance sports advance so do injury and injury prevention, Dan has always continued his education and is always up on the latest trends and methods
